Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged
• The product is defective
• The wrong product was delivered

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Minor color or design variations
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacement
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
